The famous Canadian band Crystal Castles comes to St. Petersburg. The musicians perform experimental electronic music. The band comes to present its new album with new group member: the vocalist was replaced.

Dance performance of Todes
It’s a dance show of Alla Dukhova’s ballet troupe. Dancers present a new production named And the dream will be the same … You will see the world on the verge of fantasy and reality. The performance consists of dreams of Paris, dashing chases in the Wild West and amorous adventures. The whole story is transmitted through the dance.

This performance is directed by Alexander Morfov from Bulgaria based on the novel of Jean-Baptiste Moliere. The plot tells you about the adventurer, seducer and rebel Don Juan. The director tries to understand the secrets of this lover, talks about secret desires of man and what makes us feel constrained or free. All of this is actual thing in modern society, where long-standing norms are being eroded.

Jazz concert of Ronald Baker and Konstantin Khazanovich
Famous American singer and virtuoso trumpeter Ronald Baker performs on stage with multi-instrumentalist and one of the best Russian jazzmen Konstantin Khazanovich. Instrument of Russian artist is clarinet. The musicians perform both classical and modern jazz compositions.

It’s an exhibition of a young artist Olesya Zhukovskaya, who works in St. Petersburg. The exhibition includes 20 paintings in the style of impressionism. The artist tries to depict feelings, emotions, dreams that exist in the big crazy modern cities with single inhabitants.

Exhibition of Leonid Krivitsky
This exhibition shows the monumental works of Leonid Krivitsky. Portraits, landscapes, graphics, sculptures, and paintings on the theme of the Siege of Leningrad and the Soviet period of history. Also you can see the author’s triptych dedicated to the Holocaust – it’s his last work. The exhibition includes 50 works of Krivitsky.

This exhibition is dedicated to the clothes hidden from the eyes of society. Nikola Tesla – the man who illuminated the world, exhibition

La Citta exhibition
It’s an exhibition of the artist Roman Lyapin. It includes 20 panoramic landscapes, which the author drew, based on his feelings about St. Petersburg and Rome. The author mixes classics and modernity themes, history, abstractions and natural motifs.

The Golden Cockerel, opera
It’s a performance directed by Anna Matison on the music of the composer Rimsky-Korsakov. The opera is based on Pushkin’s famous fairytale. It’s a story of King Dadon, who, in order to save his kingdom, asked the Wiseman for help. So the king got a golden cockerel that warned of trouble. The opera lasts 3 hours.

The Power of Imagination, Children’s program
Rosphoto Museum-Exhibition Center arranges special workshops for visitors up to 14 years old. Children will find out how to look at the photo from different angles, see the hidden meaning and author’s story. They will get to know about the secrets of right composition and right angle. Also children will learn the technical side of photography. The beginning of the workshops is at 13:00. Participation is free.

Dwarf Nose, performance
It’s a puppet show based on the famous fairytale of the German author Wilhelm Hauf. It’s a story of an unhappy boy who is trying to get off the witch’s spell. She turned him into a dwarf with a terrible nose. The performance is interactive, so young viewers will directly participate in the development of the plot.
