Victory Spring – 2017, military and historical festival
A festival dedicated to life in the war period starts in the park of the 300th anniversary on the eve of the great Victory Day on May 9. The festival includes exhibition of military equipment where you can touch everything. Also you can participate in various army entertainments, for example, the obstacle course, and watch the competitions between other participants.

Open Your Mind 2017, Experimental Dance Festival
Experimental Dance Festival will be in Erarta museum of contemporary art. The festival includes competitions between the best young street dancers and young actors who aren’t afraid to experiment in dancing. Dance battles, where the dancers show how they dance in different techniques are at Battle Day on May 6. Dance performances, where actors show their expressiveness and dance experiments are at Stage Day on May 7.

ColorsGO, Colorful race
It’s a truly spring event – a race under accompaniment of energetic music. All participating athletes will be showered with colorful holi paint powder. La Traviata, opera
This opera is one of the main masterpieces of the Italian composer Verdi. Carla Tolomeo’s Garden of Delights, exhibition
This exhibition discovers the unusual beautiful furniture by Italian designer Carla Tolomeo. Her works are decorated with palaces of emirs, residences of ministers and villas of Hollywood stars. The designer had painting classes in the studio of Giorgio de Chirico, whose metaphysical art is closely connected with surrealism. Ideas of Tolomeo made a real sensation in the world of design and provided the author with world fame. According to the artist, an inexhaustible source of inspiration for her is the memories of the parents’ home. The fantastic furniture of Carla Tolomeo looks like a props to Alice in Wonderland fairytale.

Colors of Tibet, photo exhibition of Elena Bogdanova
This exhibition features photos of Elena Bogdanova from her journey in Tibet. Vasily Vereshchagin. To the 175th anniversary of his birth, exhibition
This exhibition showcases 220 paintings created by the master of battle painting and an ethnographic artist. Vereshchagin was a traveler who visited the Russian North, the Caucasus, the Balkans, Central Asia, Japan, Palestine, and India. His paintings reflect not only life in these places, but also the artist’s own impressions. The exhibition includes paintings from the collections of the main national Russian museums.
