St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

Every summer during White Nights season the city turns into a huge site for various events one of those is St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which is held on 20-22 June in 2013.

SPIEF – an annual international conference, where the heads of states and governments, representatives of political and business elite from all over the world meet to discuss economic, financial and business issues. St. Petersburg becomes the real Capital of the World hosting this event of over 2500 visitors with well-known politicians, business people and scientists among them. The Forum is supported by the President of Russian Federation and other public figures of the country, and is covered by most of international mass media.

Visiting St. Petersburg during the Forum, don’t be surprised that the hotels are full even though the prices are high, and the streets are often blocked because of VIP Forum’s guests arrivals.

The central venue for SPIEF 2013 is Lenexpo Exhibition Complex.

    Hi,
    I’m searching for artists in St. Petersburg area who can create glass ornaments (e.g humming bird, butterfly and other animals). Has anybody an idea how to get in contact with them. Thanks a lot in advance for helpful comments, Revilos.
